What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form or by e-mail: your name, e-mail address, and optionally your company, phone number, budget, timeline and project description.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps).
- To manage our relationship if you become a client (legal basis: contract).
We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered through our form provider and our e-mail service, which act as processors on our behalf. They may store data outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 24 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and the legal retention periods that apply to us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or Tunisian Law No. 2004-63), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. E-mail contact@algoria.tn and we will answer within 30 days. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
